Our in-house team offer a comprehensive maintenance package. On initial set-up of the contract the team will survey your site and formulate a maintenance regime to suit your requirements. Where applicable, the contract will specify service levels, key performance indicators and other measures of success.
The package will include both planned and reactive maintenance.
We’ll base preventative and routine maintenance on an assessment of the condition and age of your plant, taking into account its environment and operation conditions and how critical it is to your business.
Although avoided wherever possible, ‘reactive maintenance’, (sometimes referred to as ‘breakdown maintenance’) is still an important part of any maintenance package. Everybody would wish for a breakdown-free environment, but this is inachievable within a realistic budget. Our engineering maintenance team provide a 24/7 breakdown response service, responding immediately to the failure of critical plant and equipment or emergencies. We guarantee to attend within 24 hours’ notice of a non-critical issue.
Our technical support team resolve problems, test, commission and record activities, providing a full written report after each inspection or incident.
They will also monitor actual performance and efficiencies of installed systems against expected results.
To avoid you having to organise and co-ordinate supporting services such as scaffolding, lagging, ‘lift and shift’ operations, we have built partnerships with trusted professionals who we will commission to carry out such activities and who we will manage throughout the project.
